Memory,CPU, Network utilisation trend specific time period

Hi,

I am running Nagios version 4.4.3 on CentOS 7.6. Is there a way to find out Memory, CPU and Network utilization for a specific host and services for last 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month , 3 month, 6 month and 1 year in a graphical format which will show us the system resources utilization trend

Nagios XI has this functionality natively

however, Nagios Core doesn't have built-in graphing, so you will need an addon. The most popular of these would be pnp4nagios
