The information is stored in the status.dat and can be changed via external command: https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... and_id=129
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Last question, is it possible to subscribe/set an alert when the new NagiorCore v4.4.4 will be released?

If you go to
https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/nagioscore/
and star the project (upper right) you should get a notice from Github when it is released
