I work on support for a Federal (US Gov't) customer.
US Dept of Homeland Security has mandated that Open Source products that are no longer supported should be removed from systems.
PHP 5.4 has gone "End of Life". Yes, I'm running Red Hat EL 7. Yes, RH claims they'll support it. DHS still doesn't like it.
As I understand it, PHP 7.2 is in use on RHEL 8. Could the Nagios 4.4.x modules using PHP 7.2 be made available as an optional distro?
Or, could whomever did the upgrade from PHP 5.4 to PHP 7.2 provide some pointers for "things to change" to make the current distro work correctly?
Thanks!
