Restarting nagios service many times

Hi,

We restarting nagios service many times in a day, question is this affecting on nagios core performance ?

With the latest versions of Nagios Core a restart takes less than a second, and should not have any adverse affect.

Currently having core version 4.3.4, this version having any issue with multiple restart nagios services in day.

Anything after 4.0.0 the restarts are very fast and shouldn't cause any issue
