Getting notification if dependecies fall

I have a service group for a specific service and i'd like to get a notification when a service in that service group fall.
can this be done from dependencies or service group?

This sound like normal notifications, just setup each of these services to send notifications to a contact or contact group.

i might not have explained well, i need something like a dummy services that checks 3 or more other nagios services and goes critical whenever one of those falls

Ahh got it, what you are looking for is check_cluster which is part of the nagios-plugin package..
