Hello, I am begginer with linux nad nagios either.
I have Ubuntu Server 18.04.3 and Nagios 4.4.3. Everything is working fine, it's monitoring everything, but I don't know how to setup email notifications. I tried some instructions on the internet but I was lost. Please can you send me some step-by-step guide or give me help hand?

Nagios Core Notifications
If you already have monitoring setup, that's a good start as you will just need to make sure the contact definition is setup with the correct email address and notification period.
If you are not sure, post the configuration file for your contact and one hosts or services for us to review.
