I would like to monitor mysql postgresql mariadb mongodb end to end monitoring from Nagios.

Not only DB engines but also wanted to know the bad queries,sloq quries running on servers..etc

There many plugins in the Nagios Exchange for monitoring databases - that would be the first resource to go to.
