Windows space notification

Hi list,
I have configured few Windows servers in Nagios, on all the Windows servers it is showing same space utilization information for both C and D drives:

C:\ Drive Space OK 06-17-2010 14:45:18 1d 2h 22m 38s 1/3 c: - total: 40.00 Gb - used: 30.45 Gb (76%) - free 9.55 Gb (24%)
D:\ Drive Space OK 06-17-2010 14:47:17 1d 2h 20m 33s 1/3 c: - total: 40.00 Gb - used: 30.45 Gb (76%) - free 9.55 Gb (24%)

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm not sure. What do your service definitions and command definitions look like for those?
