Hi,

I have a query.

How can I check whether a user is receiving SMS alerts or not.

I want to check from GUI.

We are using Nagios core.

The best you can do is see if the notification script was triggered for the contact under Reports -> Notifications

There is no was possible to confirm that the contact actually received the SMS from their provider
