Hi everyone.
I've been writing some nagios checks to alert on specific Windows Application Event Log IDs (easy enough). I've now got to write a check that monitors the event log for a specific ID but it needs to alert if the event ID has not been found within 60 minutes (it's along the lines of "Event ID xxxx process started"). So if the process hasnt started and the event hasnt shown up in the Application Event Log ten it needs to alert.
Has anyone had any experience with creating checks similar to this and if so could you please point me in the right direction?
