I deployed a small Nagios Core environment at work for testing. We use ZenDesk for our support tickets and I was looking/hoping to see if anyone has successfully integrated Nagios with ZenDesk to both open/close tickets for alerts?

There doesn't appear to be much documenation for this, but https://github.com/mafonso/ZenNagger may be a good place to start.
