Forbidden when trying to access cgi-bin/

Hi Guys,
I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to access http://[Nagios Server IP]/nagios/cgi-bin/
Apache user is a member of the Nagios group. and it's a new installation of nagios 4 on Centos 8.
What could be the issue here.
