Nagios XI restore concerning

Hi Team,
We are going to upgrade current Nagios XI 5.5.8 to the latest version 5.7.1 in new Server with fresh installation. We will follow backup/restore instructions. Will fresh install 5.5.8 in new server, then restore, then upgrade to the latest 5.7.1.
Just one concerning is about PostgreSQL Schema. Our current version was upgraded from older NagiosXI version which have both of MySQL and PostgreSQL. With fresh install in new server, won't have PostgreSQL any more. So in this case, restore script will automatically identify this and restore PostgreSQL schema to MySQL?
