How to retrieve windows event log with Nagios Core?

Hi all, i would like to retrieve windows event log with Nagios Core, i have go through all the possible guide but i might missing out any important step. Can anyone provide some clue on how to do that? This is my screenshot , it return unknown status as shown below:
