Issue with Webservices Alert

Hi All,

We got a new requirement to configure webservices alert in Nagios for a Windows 2016 server.
I found a script and added it on Nsclient->Scripts folder.
However, this is getting an UNKNOWN error.
Please find the error message screenshot, script and help us on this issue.
