It looks like the interfaces are 101 and up.
So for port 1 it should be ifoperstate.101 and for port 2 it should be ifoperstate.102.

SNMP and (more so) SNMP Traps in Nagios are horrible....

That's so not true. I love snmp and snmptraps :D
