Nagios Core - Mass clear flapping status

Hello,
I'm running Nagios core 4.4.5 and for some reason our services that have a flapping state don't resolve after the service check stabilizes.
The biggest example of this is a memory check for one host where it's been in a status "OK" for now 96d and counting, however, it still marks it as flapping and therefore suppresses notifications/escalations.
Clearing it for just this service wouldn't be a problem but I discovered that this is the case for 450 other services.
Ideally I want to schedule some weekly clearing of the flapping state for all services/hosts that are flapping.
