Hi,

We are using Nagios XI version 5.8.3

When we click on Alert history, nothing is getting displayed. Blank page.

Reports ---> Legacy Reports --> Alert history.

I verified the permissions of /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log

It is 644 and nagios:nagios.

Till yesterday it was working but not working today. What could be the problem.

Thanks for reaching out, in looking at the report export through Legacy we see that it is pulling it from cgi:
What do you get when you run this? Also, a good idea to view the Developer Tools > Network results within your browser to see if any errors are jumping out.

And verify that the date/time/timezone within your php and system are the same.
