Logon problem with expired token

Hi,

often while trying to log on to Nagios instance on Ubuntu I get an error: "Login token was expired, please try again." Of course login and password are correct. In such case I cannot login unless I delete related cookie in the browser. After that I can log in normally.

Anyone have an idea what is going on?

Anyone else have this issue? We are getting this continually after our last upgrade.

Yes, I have had that issue before

1. refresh the browser or even try to log in with a different internet browser

or

2. I have learned that many of the error messages is because you may be running out of space
make sure you run Nagios at least at 80% of usage

use this command to check

df -h

notice for anything that shows 99% usage

Same behavior here. Unable to login until cookie is deleted. To reproduce, do the following:

1) click on a rapid response link in a host/service alert, e.g.,
https://nagios.foo.com/nagiosxi/rr.php? ... d3d79c738f
2) you are brought to a page that says "Error: This rapid response URL has expired and can no longer be used.
You must login to view this object."
3) click the Login link on this page and you are brought to the main XI login page
4) enter valid credentials and click login
5) "Login token was expired, please try again." is displayed
6) Until the related browser cookie is deleted, the same message is displayed after every attempt and I cannot login

Running XI 5.8.5
