MIB ID

I have two branches and I use two Cisco core switches 6800. I noticed the MIB ID are the same, when I use the graphic mode with pnp4nagios I get an error as I believe the data is pulling the info from the MIB ID's? how I can fix that? how I can tell the data is correct? each core has it own IP
here is the error I get. If i wait about 5 minutes then it display the graphic but I'm not sure if that is correct.
