- I just started to work by nagios so I have some issues shows-up.
- We have in our envirement a printer has Ipv6, but nagios basically supervise hosts on Ipv4, I searched for a solution but non of them work for me.

Nagios doesn't much care if a host is v4 or v6 but for traps, you have to tell snmptrapd to listen for v6, either in snmptrapd.conf or (I think) /etc/sysconfig/snmptrapd.
One thing to be aware of is :: and :0: in the host address definition are probably not the same since Nagios treats addresses as strings.
If you can you snmpwalk the printer you should be able to do active SNMP checks on it as well.
