Nagios Support Forum

Hi. I have an upcoming project that requires the integration between Nagios & Cherwell. I looked up all over the community but could not find any related post to such integration. Have anyone actually done this and if so, were there any obstacles? Most importantly, I'd like to know how the connection was made - via what tools?
