Retry attemps stays on 1/5 on some services after upgrading

Retry attemps stays on 1/5 on some services after upgrading to Nagios Core 4.4.6 (see attachment)
Recently we upgraded our Nagios Core from 4.1.1 to 4.4.6.
Now we see on some host/services that retry attemps stays on 1/5.
When we do a restart of Nagios, the attemps are suddenly on 5/5.
With the older Core version, we didn’t have that problem.
We can Acknowledment the service after 1/5 attemps.
Is this a bug is this version of Nagios Core?
