Reload nrpe agent in aix 6.1 & 7.1

Dear all,
We have installed nrpe client in an IBM Aix 6.1
NRPE - Nagios Remote Plugin Executor
Copyright (c) 1999-2008 Ethan Galstad (nagios@nagios.org)
Version: 2.14
We have started the process by executing:
# /opt/nagios/bin/nrpe -c /etc/nagios/nrpe.cfg -n -d
We'd like to get help on:
1) how to restart the nrpe process
Even when we are able to kill the process. We'd like to know how to stop or even reload it,
2) how to configure the process to start automatically during OS reboot.
a) initab
b) rc.d
