Nagios system can not sent alert to ticket system

Hi,
I am a new learner for nagios
our nagios system works well before March 14th, with ticket system.
we do nothing change
Now, we can get notification email , but no alert generated in ticket system side?
what we can do to trouble shooting this issue? need your help !!!!!!!!!!
