NAGIOS CORE - JUST SEND AN INCIDENT MAIL UNTIL IT IS CORRECT

Hello everyone!
I need to configure a Nagios Core server to only send an email when an issue occurs on a host or service, and not continue to send an email from time to time about the issue until it is fixed. Afterwards, mail is only sent when the host or service is in a healthy state.
I think the solution may be to change some value in the templates.cfg file, but I'm not sure.
