Ping set up for Nagios

Postby BernardArchibald » Mon May 09, 2022 4:12 am

I was hoping I could get some help with setting up a ping test with Nagios Core to monitor projectors connected to the network. Projectors with I.P. static and my nagios is installed on OVM on linux server. The linux version running on my OVM is Oracle Linux 8 and Nagios Core has been updated. I'm not sure which plugin to install to set up ping testing. Game over will have to set up a ping test so I can tell when the projector is disconnected from the network. Can someone help me?
