Ndoutils stop working

Hi everybody.
I have had Nagios 4.4.6 and ndoutils 2.1.3 running for some months without problems. I also use ndo2db for writing all information to a mysql db that is in the same server. I have like 20 hosts and about 100 services.
Everday,I start having some problems:
While the ndo2db process is running as 3 processes, after a few hours it drops to 2 processes and no more data is inserted to database!
I would appreciate any clue or help, I don't know what else to try!
