Bulk NagiosXi & CCM User creation

Hi,
I have the need to create a user account for everyone that exists as contacts. There are many and was hoping for a quicker way to do this rather than individually adding them to both system.

To clarify, are you importing a Nagios Core config and wanting to create users for the contacts defined in that, or have previously created contacts in the CCM and now need to go back and make them users as well, or something else?

I just realised that I should have posted this into the customer forum. Are you able to move it there?

Basically I have imported and have lots of contacts that I would like to be admin users in the nagiosXi interface as well as admins in the CCM.

Does this make sense?

Yeah, it makes sense. There isn't functionality for this currently available, but it's a good idea so I'm going to look into whether I can whip up some code for it. In your case, are you saying you want *all* of the contacts to be admins, or just a bunch of them? What's your time frame that you need to set them up by?

The majority of users are admins in both systems. maybe only 4 or 5 that are not out of the 40 or so contacts.
It maybe a little too short of a time frame, but monday is when we cut over. Don't bust a boiler if its not done by then

We're currently doing some work on a component that will import XI users from core contacts, but it may be a little bit before it's ready for production.
