When clicking on the options in the Host Summary (up, down, unreachable, etc) the results are not consistent. If you have 9 hosts up and click, one time you will see 3 the next time 9 and then the next time none. This happens with all of the details in Host Status Summary.
I see the exact behaviour on my 2014R1.1.
I have configured PHP:
memory_limit = 3072M
max_execution_time = 1800
max_input_time = 640
Server:
CentOS 6.4 with 14,000 checks (mostly NRDP)
32 GB of RAM
32 vCPU
Using Gearman workers
Service Check latency under 1 sec
Problem exists on 2012R2.9 and 2014R1.1...exactly the same.

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
Are you using the "default" dashlet refresh rates (Admin->Performance Settings->Dashlets)? Have you observed the same behavior on Nagios XI instances that are NOT using Mod Gearman?

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
Dashlet refresh rates of 1.5 and default doing the same thing. This is with Mod-Gearman and without.

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
Are both of those servers running a ton of checks? It is possible that in the time between clicks you are receiving passive results that would change that number. Are you clicking right away or is there a delay?

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
These are completely different as the 2012R2.9 has about 16,000 passive checks and the 2014R1.1 has about 20 checks. On both time does not seem to be an issues, you can leave the screen for 5 minutes and the same result will occur. Note that in both situations it is not every time, it is about 50/50 for working/not.

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
Mike, can you go to Admin->Performance Settings->Dashlets, and show us a screenshot of this page?

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
The only changes made to Dashlets on the 2012R2.9 is that is 2000 for the default 1000 on Global Dashlet Settings. The 2014R2.1 has no changes at all.

Re: Host Status Summary Not Working
OK, Mike. Let's verify a few things.When clicking on the options in the Host Summary (up, down, unreachable, etc) the results are not consistent. If you have 9 hosts up and click, one time you will see 3 the next time 9 and then the next time none. This happens with all of the details in Host Status Summary.
When you click on a link (up, down, unreachable, etc) under the "Host Status Summary":
1. Have you previously clicked on any of the links under the "Service Status Summary" (ok, warning, unknown, critical, etc.)?
2. What are the filters, that are shown (under the "total records")?
3. Are you on the "Host Status" or "Service Status" page?
