I removed a drive from a server today and went to delete the service from CCM. It didn't delete, saying there were dependencies. I edited the service and removed the hosts (just one), the templates, etc, and error persists. This what I see:
Database Relationships for service : myserver.mydomain.com
Items labeled as: 'Dependent relationships' will prohibit deletion
Object ID: 760 of table tbl_service:
And it really is blank after the "tbl_service" part. There were entries there but once I removed the dependencies I could see in the web interface, this is what I was left with.
We only edit things through the web, any idea what is wrong here, or more specifically, how to fix it? For now, I've deactivated the service so it is not alerting me so it's not super critical.
Thanks,
Error deleting a service
Re: Error deleting a service
The red X is bugged in 1.4 - it hs been fixed in the upcoming 1.5 release (missing closing html tag). Use the checkboxes and the "With Checked" dropdown to delete objects for the time being.
