How does the metrics determine which service is CPU, Disk, Memory, Load or Swap?
Anyway nothing is coming out for most of the options except DISK where it just show for services starting with DISK-
Is there any specific naming convention that needs to be used for this to work?
Thanks.

Re: NagiosXI Metrics Report
The "Metrics" component is quite limited. It "works" only with the "default" windows and linux monitoring wizards, that are included in XI. Basically, the items in the "Metric" drop-down menu are "per-defined". CPU Usage and Memory Usage are for Windows; Load and Swap are for Linux.

Is there a way to get rid of the Metrics menu item. It is causing us endless support questions.lmiltchev wrote:The "Metrics" component is quite limited. To remove the component entirely. go to Admin -> Manage Components and find the Metrics component. Click the Save icon to keep a copy on your workstation, then click the red X to delete it.
