Here's our official documentation on configuring switches and routers to send netflow data to NNA:

http://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagi ... alyzer.pdf

There is an example in the doc for configuring Cisco 2600 Series router. I am not sure how much this will differ for 3750 series. You may need to contact Cisco and/or review the their documentation configuring switches/routers.

Is this cisco 3750 series a 3750-X and has the C3KX-SM-10G module? It is required to send netflow data on this switch.
