Hypermap "Root" Node

Post by rseiwert »

Let me say I love the hypermap. Before I submit as a feature request I am curious if this functionality already exists. I would like to set a default center point for my hypermap other than the Nagios process. Typically when starting hypermap as is I cannot see my WAN infrastructure. Almost always when I bring up Hypermap I click to one of the border routers to balance the map out on my screen. Is there a config file or a querystring operator that can do this. Also is seems possible to capture a right click on a node and perform some quick actions not sure what but viewing host, services, ping, traceroute, and Notes/Action URLs come to mind.

You will have to fill out a feature request for that. And that does definitely sound like a useful feature.
