XI system components, not running.

I have run accross an issue Im not sure how to fix; None of the xi subsystem components are running. (see attatchment) I was under the impression these services were started by the nagiosxi init script but upon inspection of that script everything is commented out.

So Im not sure how the scripts are supposed to launch normally, I can run them all manually /usr/local/nagiosxi/cron/*.php; but I have never had to do that before? Nothing has changed on this system except a couple of hosts being removed.

I figured it out; somehow all the permissions were jacked up. apache.nagios owned everything in the nagiosxi directory.

If that permissions issue popped up, are you running 1.4?

This was actually on 2009 1.3b... I have no idea how the permissions changed.
