NXLOG service will not start - Windows server 2003

Having a problem starting the nxlog service after installing nxlog agent on Windows server 2003. I have attached a screenshot of the error as well as the windows event log.

Is this machine under heavy load? If so, you may need to increase the service startup timeout:

Can you post the current incarnation of your nxlog config? Also would I be correct in assuming this is fully patched 2k3R2 x86? Do you have other windows 2k3 systems with the same issues? Finally, what versions of dot net and visual c++ do you currently have installed?
Nagios-Plugins maintainer exclusively, unless you have other C language bugs with open-source nagios projects, then I am happy to help! Please pm or use other communication to alert me to issues as I no longer track the forum.

The issue was with the config, I corrected it and the issue is now resolved.
