Hi,
In my nagiosxi, i think operation is something wrong.
As you see in the picture, there is critical state on EMC-x400-01 Power. Actually we just test the power supply status. During the testing, the status show critical. Then we removed this service. But the critical status still showing at the operation center. But at the operation screen, we can't see this critical service of power. But the interface is a little bit ugly. So we want to use Operation Center.
Any idea?
Thanks.

That's a bit odd.
Have you tried applying the configuration again?
What version of XI are you running?

Does this config file still exist?
/usr/local/nagios/etc/services/EMC-X400-01.cfg
If so, delete it and then Apply Configuration again.
Does this fix the problem?

Excellent, glad we were able to fix this.
You should upgrade to 2014R2.0, it has a number of fixes including detecting and removing ghost objects (this is the problem you had).
