[SOLVED] Need clarification on Nagios Fusion

Hi all.

I need some clarification on what Nagios Fusion actually is. From what I can see, it looks like an install for a dashboard that just shows multiple XI and Core servers? Is that what it is or am I missing something?

The other main feature of Fusion is a unified login for all of the Nagios XI servers. Once an administrator is logged into Fusion he can simple click the hyperlink to access the details of any of the XI servers. The Core servers still require the apache auth.

Fusion is still a young product, and there's a lot more that we can do with it in the future (aggregated groups, reports, network health, etc), but we're waiting to see where the most interest is for customers before we expand it's development.

Is it safe for use in a production environment?

Yes, it is production ready. We have about 12-15 customers currently using it in production environments. What I meant by "young in development" is that it's not as feature-rich as we eventually plan for it to be.
