Response URL not working

Hello,

I have a Nagios User linked to a Contact. I have included %responseurl% in the email alert, but the URL that is generated seems to be generic (the identical URL is sent to all users) and ends up going to the default login page.

The Response URL looks similar to the following:

Is there something I need to do to enable this to work correctly?

Have you by chance disabled the rapid response email?
