Bulk modifications w/ Host Groups or Service Groups

Currently it looks like the "Change a single config option" only works for hosts and services. So you can't make changes to a host or service group. I can put in a feature request to expand the functionality. Task ID 3397 created for expanding Bulk Mod functionality. Bear in mind this would be a pretty significant change so I can't really speak as to if/when it would be implemented.

I wanted to see if that task is still actively being worked on. The reason for my asking, is that we have several hundred servers that we have in Nagios, but those hosts are not in active production monitoring; the servers get built, but don't they get added to production for a few days/weeks. The way we are managing that is to add the servers to the Production Service Group once they go "live".

I'm going to have a developer update on this. I found the task and it seems to have been grouped in with a bunch of others for some reason, likely that they are related.

Update: It sounds like this was bundled into a few other tasks. For now it has not been implemented, but it is on the radar.
