24...that's the confusing part. And the link speed shouldn't be this low. See attachment.

Is there a bandwidth statement on the device side?
Can you post the relevant portion of the mrtg config for this port?

I don't set the switches up, but I wouldn't think a bandwidth statement would have been expressly set. Please find the attached file for review.
