Unfortunately, this didn't provide us with any new info. Are you using mysql replication in your environment? It is possible that this issue is caused by a known bug:

Yes we use mysql replication with another server which is standby server.
After restarting the master server, all of the old services are gone.
But there is same issue. Currently there are one warning and one critical services. Then i acknowledge and disable the notification. But after a few minutes later, it seem remove the acknowledge and appear in the operation center page. A few minutes later, it back to ack disappear from operation center again. So these two situation are keep changing.

Can you go to "Admin" > "Manage Components" and post back the version of the Operations Center Component?

This looks good - your Operations Center Component is up to date.

Can you try stopping/starting the services to see if this is going to fix the issue?

This one also can't fix our issue.
Actually there is no issue on nagios core. Then we stop mysql db replication and monitoring the status. Everything is fine when we stop mysql db replication. Seems there is the issue on xi if we have mysql db replication.

Your replication setup is most likely not updating both databases correctly. Could you possibly be running into max connection limits on the secondary db?
What method of replication are you using?
