I'm trying to get these to show up for a service in NagiosXI but I'm not having any luck. I've read some posts about it and I do see them when I click the "See this service in Nagios Core" under the Advanced tab of the service. I checked the "Action URL" component in the Admin -> Manage Components and it's enabled there as well.
Not sure what I'm missing but I can can't seem to get the icons or links to show up in the service details or service status pages.
I'm currently running 2014R2.5 on a CentOS platform.

Re: Notes_url and action_url
Can you please:
Admin -> Manage Components
Click Action configure icon
Show us a screenshot of this page please
Also, what version does the component show in the Status colum? If you click Check For Updates does it show a newer one available?

Re: Notes_url and action_url
I was running 1.4 but now have upgraded 1.5.5.
Screen shot attached.
I hadn't seen this "Actions" component before and I can links to appear when I enable components. Thank for the info.
What I was looking to do though it get the notes_url and action_url within the Misc tab in a Service to be available for NagiosXI users. Is that available in a different component?
If it's not available, can I reference these fields using the "Action" component?
Thanks,

Re: Notes_url and action_url
You can set the notes and action url this way:
Then you will be able to see them under the "Host/Service Status Detail" ("Quick Actions" section).
