Barracuda queue

Post by MilesDeep »

Nagios reports a critical state for our Barracuda queues. Barracuda reports the queues are fine.

Nagios:
Current Status: CRITICAL
(for 143d 23h 9m 18s) (Has been acknowledged)
Status Information: (Return code of 13 is out of bounds)

The check_queue script looks like this:
my $warn = '500'; ## - warning threshold
my $crit = '1000'; ## - critical threshold

Sorry if this were a "wild-goose chase" (whatever that is); the barracuda model in question is a 300. Pinging the box to see if it is alive is one thing, monitoring snmp traps is not available until model 400. Sorry if I wasted anyone's time.

No problem - so SNMP is not supported on your barracuda model? Would it be alright if we locked this thread?

Thanks!
