Milestone

Hi, May I know the Milestone in terms of End-of-Life, End-of-Software Maintenance and End-of-Support of Nagios XI version.

For example the you release a version of Nagios XI 2011 R1.6 this Sept 26, 2011, how long you will support this version? Lets say, today date is Sept 26, 2017.
And the latest release already is Nagios XI 2017 R1.8. You will still be able to support the Nagios XI 2011 R1.6 on this date, Sept 26, 2017. Or does it have end of support?

In general, we would support a release for 1.5 - 2 years. It is really difficult to say if, for example, 6 years from now Nagios XI 2011 R1.6 will be supported. Most probably it won't be. However, if you renewed your maintenance contract, you would be eligible for an upgrade (let's say in 2017).
