check_disk to autodiscover partitions

Hello all,

Is there a way, for check_disk to check any partitions it sees, as oppose to me telling explicitly which one to check?
The reason I am asking is because I have bunch of mongo db hosts that I need to perform check disk on and the problem is that number of partitions and names vary from one to another

I would like to be able to create one standard check_disk service definition that will do everything
