Performance Graph Explorer not appearing

Server
Nagios XI Version : 2012R2.9
CentOS release 6.6 (Final)
PHP Version: 5.3.3

I have research around the world on google and could not find a solution yet, hope someone here with their expertise to give a hand
I have run the command to verifies the httpd error

tail -20 /var/log/httpd/error_log

Top Alerts Last 24 hours tab show nothing
Host health tab show nothing
service health tab show nothing
Scalable performance graph show host on the left, however no graph
time stacked performance graph show host on the left, however no graph

Are there anywhere else I should look at?

I follow the instruction as you provided, however I found there is nothing wrong with the locale. output as below

This error only prompted when I click on the nagios graph explorer tab, example output as below

Does this got something to do with the setting in NagiosXi?

In the Nagios XI GUI, click on Admin > Manage System Config and provide a screen capture of that?
Is the language set correctly?

Are performance graphs working when you check a host or service under the details screen?

The language is correct.

After yesterday tweak around the graph explorer, I upgrade the version 2.0 and immediately it able to bring the performance graph from hosts/services (see attached)

After the upgrade of nagios graph explorer, see attached

top alerts last 24hrs is working
Host health is working
Service Health is working
scalable performance graph is NOT working
time stacked is NOT working
Multistacked is NOT working

I did

 tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

and there are no error output when click on those performance tab

After the upgrade, did you select a host on the left side of the of the graph and did the screen update?

Something looks wrong for the performance graph for localhost. For some reason it stops collecting data.
Run the following and post the output to debug that.

I left the machine run over few day and I think it collecting the data as graph explorer all tab is appearing the data correctly.

Hi lmiltchev,

Please mark as resolved, as I tried to implement nagiosgraph third party into Nagios Xi and generate all sort of graph issue.

Removing nagiosgraph and using the built-in nagios xi are working
