Yes, that is what I saw. Sorry for the confusion. I still think that is a good news.
This commit https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/na ... 057cab493c should fix that.
DanielB wrote:But after having solved this problem, there is another thing would like to mention. If I create a user who has permissions to view a subset of hosts, the "legacy map" shows this subset but the new network map shows only the Nagios process. Do you think this could be a bug?
It sounds like it is. Open an issue at https://github.com/NagiosEnterprises/nagioscore/issues and I'll take a look at it.

I applied the patch to html/map-directive.html but no change (I even tried cleaning the cache). The version of Explorer is 10.0.9200.17492. If there is something else with I can help, please let me know.

There are other questions that I have about the network map that I will next week and I hope you can clarify after the conference.

Hi guys.

I wonder if you were able to see some of the ticket.

I have some installations where we use the feature mentioned in the ticket and I would like to upgrade to the new version of Nagios Core, but I could not do it because of the described problem. If there is something else on I can help, please let me know.

Thanks.

Best regards,
Daniel

Hi Daniel,

I just talked to our C Dev and he said that it's being worked on. I am going to close this thread because it's becoming quite a mess and hard to keep track of which issue is which. You can post another thread if you have questions, of course, I'm just doing this for housekeeping purposes.

Thanks!
