avoid alot of alerts

Hello,

Say I have 5 services <A,B,C,D,and E> that I receive notifications from... How would I setup my Nagios so that if "A? becomes critical which also makes "B,C,D,and E" become Critical... I just want one alert from A but not from B,C,D,and E.If any if the B,C,D, and E goes critical but not A I want alerts from all of them no matter what.

Now do I set that up?
