Great to see you @absarcompass :)

The delete button is safe ... it only deletes the flat config files. The Write button recreates all the flat config files, they are recreated from the CCM database.

Upgrade to 5.2.2 will fix the bulk modification tool issue (I've tested and confirmed) however even after the upgrade you *may* need to follow my delete steps once.

When upgrading through the GUI there was a false alarm that said it hadn't completed when it actually had. This will not occur in 5.2.2 as it has been resolved. In any case, if you log out and back in again the correct version will be displayed in the bottom right corner.

Hi @Box293
I have successfully upgraded to the latest version 5.2.2 but bulk modification is still not working.
I have tried your deletion method prior to tool itself.
Neither tool nor deletion method worked :? Where as when i made changes on the HOST manually it worked fine :o

Bummer!

Can you please provide us with the exact steps you follow so we can try and replicate this issue.

A screenshot showing us where it is not being updated would be great as well.

EDIT: Also, can you confirm your date and time settings are correct.

I'm pretty sure your issue has to do with the timezone as the file dates are how CCM determines if configs need to be applied.

Follow this guide to make sure it's all correct:

I had a go on the document and checked all the settings.
only difference was of the symbolic link than a file for localtime

Here is what my system time is as per the NagiosXI
No progress in bulk modification tool though :(

What am I missing here :?

I've tried to reproduce your issue but it doesn't fail for me.

I have to ask this question, are you clicking the "Save Changes" button before clicking Apply Configuration?
